Translation – Terms and Conditions (La Bagagerie)
Welcome to the website labagagerie.com (the “Site”).
This document, together with the additional information mentioned on the Site, constitutes the general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) of the brand La Bagagerie (hereinafter referred to as the “Brand”). We invite you to read carefully the Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Acceptance terms (available here) and the Privacy Policy (available here).
Validating the order form as specified in these Terms constitutes an electronic signature, which has the same value between the Parties as a handwritten signature, and serves as proof of the order and the amounts due for its execution.
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms and Conditions of Sale”) apply to all sales concluded by the company La Bagagerie, a French société anonyme with a management board and supervisory board, capital of €732,000, located at 41 rue du Four, Paris 75006, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B572 103 471 (the “Seller”), with professional clients (the “Buyer”), for leather goods marketed under the “La Bagagerie” Brand included in the Seller’s catalogue (the “Products”). They cancel and replace all previous terms and conditions of sale. The Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail over any other contractual document and in particular over the Buyer’s terms and conditions. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any contrary condition required by the Buyer, unless expressly and in writing accepted by the Seller, shall not be enforceable.
The online store “labagagerie.com” (the “Site”) is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet, open to any user.
The Seller may modify the contents of the Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check them regularly to stay informed of any changes. The terms applicable to the Buyer are those in force on the Site at the time the order is placed.
For any information or questions regarding the use of the Site or order tracking, the Buyer may contact Customer Service (the “Customer Service”):

– By email using the contact form on the Site (available here).
ORDERS
The Buyer declares (i) to be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into these Terms, or (ii) to be a minor with authorization from a legal representative. The Seller may request proof of identity at any time.
The Seller may refuse any order or exclude a Buyer from the customer database if the Buyer does not provide the requested proof or does not comply with the present terms.
The Products are intended for the Buyer’s personal use and not for professional purposes. The Buyer’s attention is drawn to the fact that orders must not exceed €1,800 excl. tax per order, and that no more than a certain quantity of the same reference may be purchased in a single order.
Products available for purchase on the Site are those shown on the day of consultation and subject to availability.
If a Product is unavailable, the Buyer will be informed:
– at the time of the order: a message will indicate the temporary unavailability; or
– after validation but before shipping: by email.
If the order has already been validated, the Buyer may choose (i) partial delivery, or (ii) cancellation of the full order.
The Buyer has 48 business hours to confirm their choice via the Seller’s procedure. If the Buyer does not reply, the partial order will be sent, and the unavailable items refunded within 30 days.
If the Buyer cancels the entire order, the Seller refunds all sums paid within 30 days.
Photos and descriptions are not contractually binding.
PRICES
Prices are in Euros (€), valid in France and internationally, including VAT and applicable promotions.
Additional processing and delivery fees apply depending on the destination:
France (incl. Corsica & Monaco)
– Colissimo: €7 – free over €100
– Chronopost: €12
EU & Extended Europe
– Colissimo: €15
International (outside Europe) & Overseas Territories
– Colissimo: €40
Delivery times are average estimates and may vary.
Promotional vouchers are valid for one order per household, within their validity period, and cannot be combined.
Prices may change at any time, but orders are billed according to prices in force when the order is placed.
DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
Delivery dates are indicative. Delays due to force majeure cannot justify cancellation or compensation.
A. Delivery methods
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Two delivery methods are available in France:
Colissimo (standard 48–72h)
Delivery to mailbox or pick-up at the post office if delivery fails.
Chronopost (Express 24h)
For orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri), subject to availability and payment validation.
If not collected within 10 business days, the package is returned and the Buyer refunded (minus delivery fees).
B. Delivery times
Orders placed before 12pm CET/CEST (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day. Others ship next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
Errors in address entry are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Orders are executed within a maximum of 30 days; beyond that, the Buyer may cancel.
C. Delivery delay
If the 30-day maximum is exceeded, the Buyer may cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days.
D. Receipt
The Buyer must check the Products immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 3 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns are allowed in case of non-conformity or right of withdrawal.
The Buyer must notify Customer Service via email. Items must be returned complete, unused, with original packaging and labels.
Return shipping fees are paid by the Buyer.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery (France only).
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after returned items are received and validated.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has 14 days from delivery to withdraw without justification. Return costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.
PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately via credit card or PayPal. Kadeos gift cards are accepted.
Orders may be refused in certain cases (fraud suspicion, payment issues, etc.).
Late payments incur penalties.
GUARANTEE
Warranty:
– 6 months for bags and small leather goods
– 2 years for luggage
OWNERSHIP & RISKS
Ownership remains with the Seller until full payment. Risks transfer upon delivery.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Site content belongs exclusively to the Brand. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller’s obligations may be suspended during events beyond its control.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties must keep exchanged information confidential.
PARTIAL INVALIDITY
Invalidity of one clause does not affect the rest.
NOTIFICATION
Notifications must be made by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
French law applies. Any dispute shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris.
