Customer Service
If you need advice, information, to place your order by telephone, or if you have a question about a current order, a delivery or a return, our Customer Service is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

If you purchase an item in our online shop and do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to register. You will be asked for your email address and will serve as your login. You can then manage your account by clicking on the following link.
Creating your account will allow you to:
– To save your billing and shipping addresses.
– Access your order history, current order status, package tracking, and your list of favorite products.
– To receive La Bagagerie newsletters, to be up to date with the latest fashion trends, product launches, special offers and exclusive deals on the net.
– To change your account settings, such as your username, password or addresses.
Click on the “ Forgotten your password? ” link and enter the email address corresponding to your La Bagagerie account. We will then send you a link so that you can reset your password.
If your email address or password are not recognized, make sure to use the email address and password provided when you created your account.
If you can't remember your password, click the " Forgot your password? " link and follow the password reset procedure.

Make sure that the information entered meets the required conditions, or that you do not already have a La Bagagerie account with the email address you are using.
If despite this you are unable to create your account, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by clicking here .
To do this, simply enter your email address in the La Bagagerie Newsletter subscription section located on the home page of the Labagagerie.com website.
If you no longer wish to receive the La Bagagerie newsletter, you can simply unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in one of our emails.
Please note that your unsubscription may take up to 7 days to take effect.
If you later change your mind, you can easily resubscribe to our newsletter from your La Bagagerie account.
Order
To place an order, simply select the items you wish to purchase, select the model of your choice, the color, then add them to your basket.
You can access and modify your shopping cart at any time. Your shopping cart is valid for 15 days. Once this time has elapsed, you will need to start shopping again.
When you have finished shopping, return to your cart and click on “Validate your order”.
Once your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email, we invite you to first check your inbox, junk mail and spam. If you cannot find the confirmation email, we invite you to contact our Customer Service, available from Monday to Friday.

To know the status of one of your orders, you must go to the my account section and select my orders. You will find the history of your orders and the status of each of them.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and indicating the tracking number for this order. On the website of the carrier you have selected, enter this tracking number to find out where the delivery of your order is.
However, if you do not receive this email, we invite you to first check your inbox, your junk mail and your spam. If you do not find this email, we invite you to contact our Customer Service, available from Monday to Friday. You can contact us by sending us an email by clicking here .
Changing an order is only possible if the order has not yet been prepared and shipped by our warehouse.
To do this, you must contact our customer service, available from Monday to Friday, by email by clicking here . For any request to modify an order, please indicate your order number when contacting us.
To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service by email by clicking here , specifying your order number.
However, cancellation of an order is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
In some cases (product unavailability, payment error, incorrect address, etc.) your order may be partially or completely cancelled by our system. You will then be refunded for the cancelled items.
If you have a promotional code, simply enter it in the space provided for this purpose in your basket. Once your basket is validated, the promotional code will automatically be applied to your order.
Payments
La Bagagerie guarantees the total security of your purchases made on the online store. The site uses secure payment systems from leading financial entities in e-commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data is directly transmitted encrypted (SSL) to the financial entity. This is the most advanced online security technique for the consumer.
You can use the following payment methods on labagagerie.com: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Thanks to ALMA LA BAGAGERIE, you can pay for your order in 3 installments at no extra cost.
How to benefit from payment in 3 installments without fees?
– Your order must have a minimum of 150€
– Select the payment method “ALMA 3x without fees” when paying for your order
– After clicking on “Validate payment”, you will be redirected to Alma to finalize your purchase securely.
– You must have a Visa, Mastercard, American Express bank card.
How does it work?
– On the day of payment of your order, you will be charged one third of your purchase. The following month you will be charged the 2nd third, and the third month following your purchase, you will be charged the last third.
– For example, for a purchase of €150 to be paid in 3 interest-free installments, made on December 6: you pay €50 the same day, then €50 on January 6, and finally €50 on February 6.
How do refunds work?
For any reimbursement request, a pro rata will be calculated based on the remaining monthly payments.
For example: you made a purchase of €150 on December 1st:
– €50 was taken on December 1st when the purchase was made, then €50 was taken on January 1st and finally €50 on February 1st.
– If you request a full refund of your order, i.e. €150, the first payment will be refunded to your account (€50), and the following two payments will be cancelled.
– For all refund requests (partial or total), you will receive an email from Alma with an update of the payment schedule.
Pay in 3 installments with no fees in store too!
You can also benefit from payment in 3 installments without fees for any purchase of a minimum of €150 with your bank cards.

Delivery
The website www.labagagerie.com delivers:
- France, Corsica and Monaco : Colissimo €7 and Chronopost €12.
Free delivery for purchases over €100. -
European Union and enlarged Europe (Switzerland, United Kingdom,
Norway…) : Colissimo €15. Free delivery for purchases over €200. - International (outside Europe) and French overseas departments and territories : Colissimo €40.
Free delivery for purchases over €300.

The essential characteristics of the articles are presented in each of the article sheets.
It is reserved that the images, photos and colours of the items offered for sale may not correspond to the actual colours due to the internet browser of the screen used.

We remind you that an item that has been used cannot be refunded.
Upon receipt of your email, our quality department will carry out an initial assessment, then we will contact you to advise you of the procedure to follow.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You have fifteen (15) calendar days (calendar days include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of your order to return the item(s) and obtain an exchange or a partial or full refund of your order.
You have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days (calendar days include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the date of receipt of your order to exchange one or more products in your order (subject to available stocks).
The total amount of the new products exchanged must be less than or equal to the total amount of the products returned.
To make an exchange, we ask that you follow the conditions and return procedure described below.
The exchange order will be shipped to you within five (5) business days following the return of the returned items to stock (while stocks last). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the package when your exchange order is shipped.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, labeled and complete (with any accessories). Products that are returned, in particular incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or washed, will not be accepted.
- If you received a promotional gift, please include it with your return.
A return that does not comply with these conditions will not give rise to a refund.
The returned item will be refunded to you within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from its receipt by La Bagagerie, to the bank account with which the order was paid.
An email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of your package and its partial or full refund.
Important: It is your responsibility to keep all proof of return. As such, we recommend that you use a traceable and secure return method, such as "Colissimo suivi".
In the event of an error on our part in the order, we will cover the return costs. If, on the other hand, we are not responsible for the return, the return costs (including for an exchange request) remain your responsibility.
The shipping costs charged when the order is shipped will only be refunded to you if the entire order is returned.
Items purchased from the official La Bagagerie online store cannot be exchanged or returned to La Bagagerie stores or other points of sale.
Items purchased in La Bagagerie stores and other points of sale or e-commerce resellers cannot be returned through the official La Bagagerie online store.
You must issue complete and precise reservations upon receipt of the package on the delivery note. The recourse is exercised against the carrier (in accordance with article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code, any reservation must be confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within three (3) days following receipt.)
