RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For contracts concluded on the website https://labagagerie.com/, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal directly online using the dedicated feature accessible from the footer (‘Withdrawal’) or by any other unambiguous means expressing their intention to withdraw.

Once the request has been submitted, LA BAGAGERIE will immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (in particular by email).

Exercising the right of withdrawal does not exempt the Customer from returning the relevant products in accordance with the applicable Returns and Refunds Policy.

The products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, accompanied by their labels, any accessories and original packaging, in a condition that allows them to be put back on sale.
